Dr. Pinnar has been a pioneer in the development of Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery and is an expert in the field of Minimally Invasive Surgery, including the newest technologies including Robotic Surgery.
For his over 20 years in practice, Dr. Pinnar has been committed to the advancement of hernia repair, abdominal wall reconstruction and bariatric surgery, with a resolute commitment to reducing surgical risks and improving surgical outcomes. Owing to his bariatric surgery experience, and his strong relationship with his patients, Dr. Pinnar desired to continue to help them in their life changing weight loss journey by offering them the concomitant cosmetic aspect of total body transformation. He therefore pursued a cosmetic surgery fellowship with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) to achieve this goal.
